It must acquire the names, phone numbers and addresses of the other drivers. Similarly, if there are witnesses, you must also acquire such data.
Must be purchased insurance numbers, and data of the vehicles involved (model, license numbers)
If possible and have a camera phone or a camera, you should take lots of pictures of the scene and the vehicles involved.
Should not conduct negotiations with cash before having counseling with a lawyer.
Finally, it is very important to stay calm, be courteous to those involved and should be consistent in the version of the accident. Under no circumstances should admit fault.
